She has to get an ultrasound done to rule out ectopic pregnancy which is dangerous condition. And then after she can consult a gynaec for the prescription as it is not available over the counter.

Hi. Laproscopic surgery is not resposible for your wt gain. You have not mentioned about your cycles whether there are reg/irregular. If they are regular then get thyoid profile n fasting blood sugar tests; if they r irregular then get a transvaginal scan along with the tests also to rule out pcod.

Dear, if ur baby size is not more and pelvis is fine and head is engage ur doctor can try VBAC but definitely risk is there for scar deficience ia there. .
ur doctor will explain u all risks.. then it can be tried.
