Relieve your stress. Drink lot of water. Do little work out. Sinus tachycardia it may be because of headache. For better advice contect me.

Sinus tachycardia can be a normal finding. If you donât have any other symptoms then keep checking your pulse rate and after keeping a record for 7 days revert back to me for further guidance
