Banana contains starch and pectine that reduce your appatite keeping you full with regards to your appetite.

Tell me which tests I needed to be done ànd what should I do and how should I contact you if you have answer to my problems ,whenever I eat food after that I don't feel that I have eaten anything even though I have eaten full meal am not able to feel my stomach is full I always feel hungry after eating and I think my food pass from stomach too quickly, I have no medical issue or surgery, it is being going on since 5 months I have consulted a doctor but as usual he takes huge money and thinks I am joking and give medicines ,not even he is discussing about it ,can anyone tell me what's going on with me, my weight is 51 kg am 20 years old ,am not able to feel that I have eaten meal after having meals ,i always feel that I have not eaten anything my parents think that I am joking ,help me please, tell me which treatment I should get done and what test are needed?
