I wanna quit smoking let me know best way to quit instead of that can I have chewing gums like that.
You can use ginseng power, grape juice, vitamins a, c & e content foods, ginger and water whenever you craving for smoking.

its gud to know that you want to quit smoking. To be honest there is no medicine
harm reduction treatment is there like nico gum nico patch for that you shud take help of your family doctor.
Do not set any date to quit you want to do it now set up a daily routine for urself.
Waking up early exercises drinking lots of water avoiding internal and external triggers avoiding any items that lead you to smoke including tea and coffee.

Dear Lybrate-user, it is good that you wants to stop smoking, we are destroying our health by smoking normal human takes oxygen into lungs 12 -15 times per minute (12 - 15 breaths) Lungs mixes oxygen in our blood and it purifies our blood, by smoking we are mixing not only oxygen adding and mixing bad elements like Nicotine etc. In Oxygen, that spoils our blood and our body organs like Lungs, Heart, kidney etc…
