Cancer can have many symptoms depending on where the cancer has arisen from. For example, if there is a lung cancer, it can present as coughing with lot of sputum or blood. It may present as a lump or swelling like in breast cancer, etc prevention is always better than cure. So it is always wise to prevent things that cause cancer, eg. Smoking.
Any cancer if detected early, can be treated ususally. So we should be more aware and guarded.

Not necessarily. Breast pain has a lot of more common causes. However you shouldnt neglect and get yourself examined asap.
