Breast cancer is caused by lifestyle changes like sedentary lifestyle, lack of exercise, fatty diet, late onset of periods, not having children, late conception of first baby, not breast feeding, history of hormonal therapy or ocps, some times genetic. It usually presents as painless lump or skin changes like dimpling of skin etc. Routine breast self examination once a month five days after periods helps in early identification.
