Any breast lump may be a sign of cancer. But not all breast lumps are cancerous. So you need to show it to a breast surgeon or oncologist to get it evaluated. If it is non cancerous or fibroadenoma then you may safely keep it under observation provided it is small. Other non cancerous tumors like phylloides tumor require removal of the lump.

Not necessarily carcinoma but duct pappiloma is more common at this age. You should go for ultrasound of breast and cytological examination of nipple discharge.

Dear sir, blood cancer presents as uncontrolled proliferation of one of the components of blood causing suppression of others. Hence leading to symptoms like prolonged fever, frequent infection, anemia, bleeding from anywhere or easy bruising, cough, lymph node enlargement, liver or spleen enlargement etc. Yes it is possible to cure blood cancer by chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation and now we have many long term survivors leading healthy life.

Even for BRCA1 mutation which has 50% chance of developing breast cancer by the age of 50 years, 19 years is a bit too early. It's better to see a breast surgeon or a Surgical oncologist, who will examine you, and may ask...more

Breast cancer is a very broad topic.
The treatment depends on the stage of the cancer. And the receptor status of the tumor. The clinical examination will be followed by imaging with mammogram, ultrasound and rarely MRI and a core biopsy. If locally advanced then a pet scan or a ct scan with bone scan may be advised to rule out spread of cancer. If early stage breast cancer, the patient undergoes surgery for the breast (mastectomy or lumpectomy with or without reconstruction by implant, onco...more
