Your question is important but a lil vague. I would see to it tht I help you as much as possible through my answer.
Cancer can cause symptoms because of two things. Either due the under functioning of an organ where the cancer has started (local) or due to under functioning of an organ where the cancer has spread (distant) or some generalized complaints. Local complaints depend on organ involved. For the organs which are beneath skin it usually presents as lump. Like ...more

Cancer has no symptoms in initial stage. It is a silent killer.
It gets into picture only in a well developed stage.
Homeopathy works best in such cases. If diagnosed earlier. It will help a lot to patients.
Still if you have any query, please let me know.
Take care :)

It can not be said so because there are many causes of lumps in the chest/armpits. You need to be examined at least once so as to arrive at a diagnosis. Thanks.

Breast cancer can occur from any age usually after 25 years. It is more common after the age of 40 years. The symptoms include nipple discharge, and swelling. The ladies are advised to do breast self examination by standing in front of the mirror and noting for any changes. Also, some screening tests like mammography are indicated. If there are any symptoms, please describe them in detail so that I can suggest tests and help you further.
