In my view if there is no perforation in your ear drum than retracted ear drum should not be a cause for rejection

You can wait for surgery ,if it is first time, get it rechecked after three months, if perforation still present then get operated.

Bloody discharge needs to be diagnosed and treated at the earliest with antibiotics and anti inflammatory medication.

If you have a retracted eardrum can it cannot be cured by taking medicine and tympanoplasty surgery may be needed.

small hole in ear get resolved by itself in due time. If you do not have any problem like discharge from ear, pain or hearing loss, it is most likely to have repaired in itself.

Avoid water in ear ,cold diet ,cold nd cough they will effect ear drum always use cotton plug in ear during bath. Take pain killer when you need.
