Dear lybrate-user, just relax. You have to put ear wax drops frequently for next 4 days, then you have to consult a good ent specialist so that he/she may remove the wax from your ear.

Dear Lybrate user, this is very normal in wax problem but regular instilling of drops has to be done for at least 4 days and after that you have to consult a good ent specialist so that your wax can be dealt with, removed from your ear.

Do not use gentamicin topical if you have a perforation in eardrum. It is an ototoxic drug and may harm. Consult online with your reports and later get operated once situation gets normalize!

If there is a middle ear problem, such as fluid buildup, or negative pressure/ or injury to the middle ear ossicles and even an inner ear pathology can all present as blocked sensation.
