put few drops of baby oil in one ear ,allow to soak wax for five minutes, then tilt the head to remove oil. Do same for other side also.

Putting oil or water isn't going to help in anyway and can further risk infection. Depending on the duration and associated symptoms, your brother will need appropriate ear drops; even full course of antibiotics may be necessary. Hello,devansh has the tendency of this,for this use daily administration of til oil in nose , one one drop,and give him Dhoopan in ear daily with normal dhoop stick.it will stop the tendency.
And now use clear wax ear drop 4 drop at night for 5 days it wax became melt and remove from ear.
