Generally upper lip hair in female is due to hormonal imbalance and it's more common in PCOS or PCOD. Yes there are methods other then waxing and threading but they are not possible without supervision of a ayurvedic doctor. Preparation are not available in the market.

Run cool water over your burned skin. Wrap some ice or an icepack in a washcloth. Apply 100 percent pure aloe vera gel to the burn. Cover your burned skin with a dry, sterile bandage or clean dressing. Take an over-the-counter pain medication if the pain continues to bother you.

Hi lybrate-user. Although I would advise you not to remove axillary hair as they grow more if you practice shaving or waxing, you should go with hair removal cream as it is better that shaving with razor.
