Yes .u can .kindly try with turmeric powder and mustard oil. Luke warm the mustard oil and add a pinch of tumeric powder. Mix that well and add few drops to your ear .u will feel better.

If you cannot hear properly then besides ear wax you could be having an eustachin tube blockage.
