yes you can take 500 mg once daily, for 5 days after good food- if you are aged above 18 avoid all cold and sour foods, gargle with Luke warm water with 2 pinches of salt - empty stomach - only if you don't have high BP

Common cold is a viral infection of the nose and upper air ways. When you suffer from common cold, sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes and tiredness are the usual associated complaints. These usually settle down on their own with simple lifestyle changes like wearing warm clothes, or switching of the fan.
