If he is 23 years old, then there is nothing much that can be done. But if he is young eg: 4 or 5 years old, we can still try cochlear implants.

The ear drops either remain in the ear canal or the excess comes out on its own as soon as you sit up. To make sure the drop are acting effectively, ly down side ways and ask someone to put the drops in. Upur ear. And keep lying down for 5 mins so that the drops can act on the ear.

If your ears are plugged, try swallowing, yawning or chewing sugar-free gum to open your eustachian tubes. If this doesn't work, take a deep breath and try to blow out of your nose gently while pinching your nostrils closed and keeping your mouth shut.

Just use a washcloth. You also can try putting a few drops of baby oil, hydrogen peroxide, mineral oil, or glycerin in your ear to soften the wax. Or you can use an over-the-counter wax removal kit. Besides cotton swabs or any other small or pointy objects, don't use ear candles to clean your ears.
