These are developmental changes in breast. Nothing need to be done specifically for these changes. If you still have problem of discharge please also check tsh and prolactin level. Hello, There Are various treatment for keloids like intralesional steroid, 5FU, Botox, Cryo laser, radiotherapy etc. For ear lobule keloid Surgery followed by steroid injection and pressure therapy works. If its small then you can go only for injections. Consult a plastic surgeon.

Better to see a breast surgeon. They would examine you and if needed do an ultrasound of the breast.
Most probably it would be a Galactocele. Some times during Breast feeding, the duct of a lobule gets blocked. In that case, the milk gets collected and forms a lump, called as Galactocele, which may be tender or painful. Usually they need aspiration with a needle.
The other causes are cysts or rarely cancer.
