This judgment of people based on their looks is said to be adapted because of evolution, there are a lot of facial traits that can help you differentiate between a male and a female and these were the qualities that our ancestors considered while selecting a healthy and fertile mate for them. ; It is found that the majority of women are attracted to men who are having a strong, muscular and well defined jawline, you can just think about a lot of examples about men who have a nice jawline and how attractive they look. As a man or woman starts to age, the shape of their face starts to change and differ a lot, further your jawline could start to look less defined or bad when there is presence of extra fat in the jaw and the neck area or it also becomes less defined when the muscles present there starts to shrink. ; As it is a hard thing for you to fight this aging procedure or your genetics, there are some ways that you can opt for improving the looks of your jawline and the methods you will be opting for can help you get a well defined jawline. You need to build up the muscles present near your jaw by exercising and this is how you will be able to have a very well defined jawline and look for yourself. To help yourself and have a better idea to get a well defined jawline and to know that the exercises are very effective for you in achieving this, you can consult with your doctor who is certified in rehabilitation and clinical nutrition and a person who is a certified yoga instructor. ; Exercises that will help you to develop your jawline: ; The muscles that are present in the front part of your neck are found to be underdeveloped, inhibited and these muscles are said to be never exercised while you are at the gym or having a therapy setting. Some of the basic and most effective exercises for getting a well defined and sharpened jawline are listed below: ; Neck curl up: you can consider this exercise the same as that of an abdominal curl for your neck and this is to be done while you are lying on your back with your tongue pressed on the roof of your mouth and this will lead to the activation of the front neck muscles. You can do the exercise by following the steps given below: You have to bring your chin near to your chest, then you need to lift your head off the ground for about 2 inches and you should not lift your stomach and try to poke your chin out. You should start doing 3 sets of 10 repetitions and you can increase the number gradually. You can take a sufficient amount of time as the muscles are underdeveloped which can lead you to suffer from neck strain if you start doing this exercise very fastly. ; Collar bone backup: this exercise is easy to do and be done while you are sitting, lying down on your back or you are standing. You have to the exercise by following the given steps: You need to keep your head level with the floor and you need to bring your head back to several inches so that you can feel your muscles on both the sides of your mouth and then let it contract and relax. Start doing this exercise with 3 sets of 10 repetitions and then you can increase the number of repetitions on a gradual basis. You need to make sure that your ears are staying over your shoulders and your head is staying leveled. Vowel sounds: the aim of these movements is to target those muscles around the mouth and also ok the side of your lips. You can do the exercise by following the instructions given below: ; You need to open your mouth wide open and then try to say'o' which is to be followed by'e. You need to exaggerate on producing these sounds and you should not show or touch your teeth while doing the movements. You need to perform 3 sets of 15 repetitions. Chinup: this exercise requires you to lift your face and then your chin muscles and you can follow the given steps to do this exercise properly: You need to close your mouth and push your lower jaw out and then try to lift your lower lip. You should try to feel a stretch which occurs right under the chin and in the jawline as well. You need to hold this position for almost 10-15 seconds and then you need to relax. You need to perform 3 sets along with 15 repetitions in each set. ; Other things that you can try to achieve a sharpened and well defined jawline: You are suggested to eat a healthy and balanced diet and get into a habit of doing exercises on a regular basis and this will help you in the long run to stay fit and help you to maintain a younger look for yourself. When you start to feel that you are gaining some extra weight across your jawline that is responsible for the change of shape of your jawline, you can adapt certain healthy lifestyle changes to help you to maintain the shape of the jawline. ; Conclusion: All the facial exercises that you can do will help you to maintain the neck and facial muscles and will help you to possess a sharp jawline but you should know that they are not said to be a permanent fix at all. ; In order to feel and look healthy, you will be required to practice certain good eating habits and practice regular exercises.

If you have been exposed within three months of complete vaccination, you need not take the vaccine again. Otherwise you have to take booster doses.

Hello doctor! I was dog bitten last year on dec 23. I didn't got the vaccines as per the schedule (0, 3,7,14,28) I went to private clinic where they gave me the vaccine not as per the who exact dates, they have given a gap of 7 days after 2nd dose, simultaneously 14 days after the 3rd dose and 28 days after the 4 th dose.(which I now realise is wrong) kindly help me with this. And guide me what to do know? Should I take the vaccine once again asper the dates? Thanking you.

To get effective immunity, first three doses should be completed within 10 days, which you have. Therefore, in my opinion, you do not need to take vaccination again.

I got bit by a cat at 7 pm on 23 jan. The bite in at the metacarpophalangeal joint. I have swelling around the area with tenderness but no other changes such as pus or red streaks or fever. I immediately started prophylactic treatment with amoxicillin and metronidazole. I have been keeping the hand warm with glove on and keeping it in a blanket. I'm just worried that do I still need to take and in person doctors appointment or should my prophylactic treatment be sufficient. How long should I wait until consulting. And within how long should I expect my symptoms to resolve if all goes well? Thank you for your time doctor.
