if your pet has just licked your leg and skin is intact you need to wash that area thoroughly under running water for 15 min and apply antiseptic.
If their is any bite mark present you need to wash that area and get vaccinated.

You can never be too sure if bowl has been properly washed. Better would be to get vaccinated as it is serious disease if it happens and you should be responsible for yourself and family members.
