I need an operation for mending the ear drum perforation I have in both my ears which has been well checked by my previous doctors. How much would it cost for the entire operation procedure? And how much time would it take to recover from the operation so that I can start going to work.

Your middle ear need to be examined by an ENT and it is unbelievable that a teacher can beat you this way and you may complain to authorities. You may need surgery called tympanoplasty.

2. Slightly larger size paper patch myringoplasty
3. Still larger one fat myringoplasty.
4. Still larger size tragal perichondial myringoplasty

Putting a stream of cold or warm water can affect nerves in the ear which supply other areas as well. It will not cause major problems if it hasn't at that moment. In future, avoid doing it. If insect enters the ear, just put a few drops of mustard oil in the ear - insect will either escape or die.

Yes there are chances of rupture. And it may not heal itself.
Better start treatment as soon as possible. Once damaged beyond repair there is rarely any solution.
