If its a healed rupture of ear drum, then its difficult to refill the hole. It may reduce hearing capability too. If its associated with repeated infections, secretions from ear, cholesteatoma, or annoying hearing problem then a minor surgery called myringoplasty is recommended. Please consult a good ent specialist. Thank you.
