For digestion eat small frequent meals and avoid spicy food, smoking and alcohol

To keep your eat dry , prevent water getting into ear , if you have cold take decongestants and steam inhalation . Take care

Dear lybrate-user if attach an audiogram report or mention the audiogram findings will give me clear idea about type of hearing loss whether it's treatable or not. If it's sensorineural hearing loss in which ear drum is normal but there is permanent loss of inner ear that is cochlea or auditory nerve is mostly not treated by medical or surgical treatment. Hello Aslam,
Smaller holes in the ear drum usually cover up with antibiotics. You will have to undergo a full course of antibiotics. If however the antibiotic fails to cover the hole, surgery will be the best option.
