I understand how annoying this can become in one's life. Lifestyle changes like the following should help in the long run:
having a better sleep schedule
light exercise
decrease caffeine, alcohol and smoking
doing some relaxation techniques such as yoga or meditation leg massages can help here as well. Try wearing compression socks or stockings or wrap your legs in bandages.
Try sleeping with a pillow between your legs. It may prevent nerves in your legs from compressing.
