Hi, pls use a mild facewash or dove soap. Use a moisturizer like cetaphil immediately after bath on face. Stop diprovate g if used for 3 weeks as longer use can give side effects. Apply an antibiotic cream like nadoxin on the pimples. Pls attach pictures for further assessment if needed. Avoid rubbing or scrubs on face. Since your face is dry with pimples, very specific creams would be needed which can be specified only after assessment. Take care.

Have you done thyroid profile also. If so is it normal. your hb is low. your problems can be because of anaemia. Also you have gas/acidity issue. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day.
