Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. I have pain in both hands (3 inches above and below the elbows) and legs (5 inches above and below the knees). Not bone pain as I feel good if I try to restrict my blood flow. I always wear knee and elbow caps for pain relief. As far I remember i'm suffering from this pain for almost 13-14 years. Currently, i'm 20 years, i'm was being told it was due to the growing stage. Earlier I had vitamin d level 7 but now it is 30 but still, the pain is not gone. I have pain almost daily, I will feel lucky I don't have pain that particular day. If I walk for long or stand or play, or do something intense then the intensity of the pain will be unbearable sometimes due to pain I can't even sleep at night. In my test report, I have everything normal. Tests I have done so far are aso titre, anti-nuclear, cpr, hla b profile, anti-ccp, phosphorus, cpk, uric acid, calcium, glucose, vitamin d  and b-12, ths, cbc, alkaline phosphate, potassium, ldh, magnesium.
