Drink water during meal .
Take dinner around 8 pm
Drink a glass of milk with bed time with ghee .
Avoid nonvegeterion diet
Avoid alcohol
Avoid bekary food
Avoid fast
Take less oily and less spicy food
Drink plenty of water

These are more likely symptoms of viral infection and it may take a few days to subside completely. You need not go in for any tests for Typhoid if you have no fever, vomiting or abdominal pain or diarrhea. Just drink plenty of water and take rest.
