Do these things.
Blink eye often.
Wash eyes often.
Also do hot and cold fomentation for 5 minutes every couple of hours.

Hello . Protect your eyes from wind and sun rays. frequent eye wash from clean water will be very helpful. Frequent blinking the eyelids will be helpful.Limit yourself from cigarette exposure. drink lots of water and take healthy food.
