Due to long screen exposure on mobile or computer. One can suffer from dry eye, chronic red eye or chronic neck stiffness. To avoid this, limit your screen time to 30 minutes at a time. If not possible, take small break after 30 min. Move your eyes in all directions, blink them 10 times, rotate your neck side to side and up- down 10 times. Rotate your wrists clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Have water. And continue your work.
