Why did you want to take ,may be you might even do not need it!
2ndly if still you want to take take 3 spoons per day nd side effect will be constipation, nausea commonly seen.

Do not worry, break the tablets into 4 pieces (pill cutters are availnbale in teh amrket) and consume. As for capsules, they will be easier to swallow and you cannot break them. However you may find ubstitutes for the capsule in a tablet form.
