Vaigra causes smooth muscle relaxation (vasodilation). If it taken in much amount it can cause extravasation of blood from the microvessels. Maybe in your case that what has happened. Or it could be be nothing but just allergy. Kindly send a pic so that proper diagnosis can be made. Thanks.

Tramadol is an opiate pain killer so can be addictive, these symptoms can persist for few days and will gradually fade. Start him on tab astymin forte once a day for 15 days then review.
