Common side effects of esperal tablet 10's include drowsiness, tiredness, headache, acne, flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling), sweating, increased thirst, swelling, rapid weight gain, nausea, severe vomiting, neck pain, throbbing headache, blurred vision, fast or pounding heartbeat. Not blackening of skin.

U can use regularly for short term duration bt don't continue for life time. During acute presentation you can apply .u can continue stiz bath regularly and make your diet very light .don't take too much spicy food .less non veg .eat more food which contains fibre and take plenty of water.

You can be helped by cognitive behavioural therapy if drugs are not working.
Take regular sessions with some psychologist if you can otherwise you can also go for self cbt .it takes 6 to 8 months to be normal if you put sincere and persistent effort.
