Hello. First of all, there is no need to panic as on now. The problem you are facing is a normal phenomenon when the vitreous (liquid) inside the eye shows changes known as degeneration. As on now, there is nothing to be done.
But you should immediately consult an ophthalmologist near you in case these floaters suddenly increase in numbers or you experience profound dimness of vision.
Hope this helps.

Hello. Floaters are a normal phenomenon occurring in many normal people. It's completely normal to have them. But there are certain retinal problems too which you may have and these are the initial symptoms of that. There is no need to panic at all. Most of the time nothing is done in such cases. But we need to discuss your case in detail before telling you that. You can consult with me anytime for the same. Hope this helps. Thank you.

Hello. Steriod secretion in the milk is in very low amounts, so there won't be any major adverse effects to your baby. It is though advisable to wait for 1-2 hours after taking the tablet before feeding your child. Also, don't just stop the medication on your own. Dosage of steriod is always tapered (as your doctor will advise you) and then stopped.

Hello. Floaters and flashes can be normal or abnormal too. Few spots moving about your visual field can be common. But consult an eye doctor immediately if there is a sudden increase in their number or there is shadow like a fall of curtain. To say anything about permanent loss of vision with the limited history and information about you will be very premature at this time. An eye doctor would like to know if you have any glasses or not? If yes, what is the power and since how long you have been...more

Hello. You can follow up after 6 months. In between if you experience 1. A fall of curtain like shadow or 2. A sudden appearance of floaters (black floating spots in front of your eyes) or 3. Sudden and profound decrease in vision, in that case you should immediately consult a retina specialist. Hope this helps. You can reach me out anytime for discussing your case in detail and for any further queries. Thank you.

Hello. Nepalact (generic name- nepafenac) is an nsaid group of medicine, not a pressure controlling one. Flashes and floaters can be a normal thing also, but one should get the retina thoroughly checked first after any kind of injury to the eye. I would like to know when and why was pressure drops prescribed to you earlier? For how long you had taken it? What was the name of the medicine and how many times a day you were using it?
You can contact me anytime for discussing your case in detail...more
