To take care of a puncture wound:
Wash your hands. This helps avoid infection.
Stop the bleeding. Apply gentle pressure with a bandage or clean cloth. Clean the wound. Rinse the wound with clear water. Apply an antibiotic. Cover the wound. Change the dressing regularly.

bedsore develops because of pressure effect. Soft tissue like muscle, subcutaneous fat and skin get crushed between bone and hard surface of bed.
Ultimate goal is to prevent this.
2hourly change in body position
water bed
cushion under sensitive area
if you do this bed sore should respond
no powder is recommended unless patient has other problems like
infection/excess sweating

lybrate-user take it seriously .first take glycerine swab impregnated in folic acid 3-4 times at the site. And also take cap. Becosule oraly. Avoid all chillies, no supari ,pan. If not treated immdeiately go to ent for biopsy of ulcer.

Hello, concentrated sulphuric acid is corrosive to the skin and hundred percent removal of the scar is not possible as it penetrates down into the deeper layers of the skin. however if you send me a photograph of the scar we can look into what is the best possible method to reduce the scar. do let me know if you need my assistance
