Dear Sajal,
Both rabies and its vaccination act on the nervous system. Same is true with nicotine and alcohol. So why combine all of them.
Why don't you take it as the best time to quit both permanently? All the best.

To take care of a puncture wound:
Wash your hands. This helps avoid infection.
Stop the bleeding. Apply gentle pressure with a bandage or clean cloth. Clean the wound. Rinse the wound with clear water. Apply an antibiotic. Cover the wound. Change the dressing regularly.

Hi
bedsore develops because of pressure effect. Soft tissue like muscle, subcutaneous fat and skin get crushed between bone and hard surface of bed.
Ultimate goal is to prevent this.
2hourly change in body position
water bed
cushion under sensitive area
if you do this bed sore should respond
no powder is recommended unless patient has other problems like
infection/excess sweating
consult me online if patient does not respond to above treatment.
