You need complete evaluation and immediate medical attention
Get following test done and review with reports
CBC
Coagulation profile.

Take Arnica 6C one dose daily for 3 days and take Cosmos 30C one dose 3 times in a day for 5 day. This will cure it and won't face any problems in future.
