Hi,
here are few exercises which will help you to reduce your fat under chin and neck:
-stand with your back and neck straight. Raise your chin toward the ceiling and look at the ceiling. Pucker your lips toward the ceiling and hold for a count of 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times. Do the exercise every day for best effect.

1. Wide open you mouth, stretching your eyebrows and widening your eyes, hold for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.
2. Pout your lips and stretch outwards, move the mouth portion left to right, ten times. Repeat ten times giving a break in between.

you did not get overweight in 2 months. So, do not expect to lose weight in 2 months.
Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibres, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity.
