There is no criteria minor moderate, major.
If screch you need vaccine but your pet is vaccinated. First time who suggest you to take two vaccine? Minimum 3 you need.
Now only inj tt one dose recommend.

Even though, there is nothing to be worried about but you and a pet dog should always get vaccinated for rabies, also if not taken tt vaccine in last one year, you should take it, otherwise no need.

Depends on your last tetanus shot. If you have completed tetanus shots in the last 10 years then you don't need one. If not, I wud advice you to get one. However, observe your dog to avoid any complications.

Hi first of all we need to was the wound thoroughly with soap and water. We also need to know which category of bite
according to your history if no oozing of blood was there then it is category 2
it needs full vaccination 0 dose 3rd day n 7th day
but you can discontinue the 14th day dose if the cat/dog is ok and shows no sign of abnormality after 10 days
but it’s always better to take complete course when it is street dog or wild cat and not the vaccinated pet

Definitely no problem, there are myths that after vaccination with rabies, you have to abstain from some food, which is completely false, your brother csn have anything of his likes.

You don't need any type inj.
Your friend is bitten by a dog, but not develop rabies. So same spoon not harm you so you r safe. If he is a friend of yours, it's your duty to convince for vaccine.
