Hi lybrate-user, if there is diagnostic dilemma. We can always go for re histopathology and ihc evaluation on first biopsy block and compare those with relapsed biopsy block, I hope might be this may help you. If the disease has relapsed in one month of treatment, this it must be some high grade lymphoma. Cytogenetics and protein electrophoresis can also help you diagnosis.

Dear lybrate-user,
It looks like you are suffering from Granulomatous cervical lymphadenopathy which is generally due your body/immunity susceptibility for Microbactarium tuberclosis or Mycobactarium bovine strains. The characteristic morphological element is the tuberculous granuloma (caseating tubercule). So far you do not have Necrotizing Granulomatous lymphadenitis in which case your body becomes susceptible to numerous other microbes and viruses. As you know lymph nodes are our guarding...more

I suggest you cut down or consider quitting smoking, ideally with professional help and / or nicotine substitution therapy. Research suggest that the chances of successfully quitting smoking is high with help and professional input and low without. Also it would be important to see an EBT specialist for further evaluation and examination. In the mean time steam inhalation and hot water eagle ma...more

Dear lybrate-user,
If it is a Bilateral axillary Lymphadenopathy, it is treatable with homoeopathic medicines without any side-effects but it takes longer time to get permanent cure.
If it is adenoma in the breast, there is no cure for that. You need to remove the adenoma through surgery but there is chance of recurrence and adenomas are benign. It will not cause any harm.
Consult me along with your reports, I will help you with Homoeopathic medicines.
Regrads, Dr. Sravani.
