Hello lybrate-user, superficial venous thrombosis is as such itself is not very dangerous, the important point is to find out why it has happened. A injury 4 years back (probably not that major as you could ignore that) is not very convincing as the primary cause. For burning at night, you can have methycobal 1500 mcg intramuscular injection.

Paget disease can be treated by removing the entire breast (mastectomy) or breast-conserving surgery (BCS) followed by whole-breast radiation therapy. If BCS is done, the entire nipple and areola area also needs to be removed. If invasive cancer is found, the lymph nodes under the arm will be checked for cancer.

Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a treatment plan for you.

Dear lybrate-user, thanks for reaching out since pus and blood is coming out of the wound I will suggest that you consult your operating surgeon immediately or at the earliest. The wound will not heal and even if it does different complications can occur and you may have to do a repeat surgery.
This is seroius reason to worry and needs immediate attention. Immediately call your doctor and say all the things occurring. They will have to drain the pus.
