After undergoing varicocele surgery, it is possible to experience some discomfort or pain during the healing process. However, if you are feeling the same pain you had prior to the surgery or if you have noticed a new hard stick-like structure above your left testicle, it would be advisable to consult with your healthcare provider or the surgeon who performed the procedure. They will be able to examine you, review your symptoms, and provide appropriate advice or treatment.

Hello-
as all men know, the testicles are very sensitive organs. If they are struck even slightly, immense pain may occur. But when the pain doesn’t go away, a real problem may be present. There is no point in wasting time thinking that the problem is going to fix itself. Even if the pains are very infrequent or only associated with masturbation, you should still have them looked at. Testicular cancer is a serious risk that can be detected before it worsens.

Communicate with a healthcare professional: if the pain persists or becomes severe, it's essential to consult a doctor or a urologist who can evaluate your symptoms, perform a physic...more
