Pemphigus Vulgaris is a rare autoimmune disorder of the skin which produces blisters and sores of the skin and mucous membranes. Depending on the appearance of blisters it can be of two types:

It needs genetic workup first of parents and then one can give possibility of 25% or 50 % of repeat of same.
After that during next pregnancy early testing possible to detect whether that child belongs to 25 or 50 % or healthy so that if affected termination option remains open.

My advise for you to first get a routine blood check up (cbc, rft,lft, s.e, lipid profile, thyroid profile, vitamin-d and vitamin b-12 level) .share the reports than you will get better answer in my opinion.
