I have done my third stage piles surgery laser, day before yesterday doctor told you are 100% cured. Yesterday there was not so pain, but today there was some pain when passing stool. And there is a skin like red color seen outside anus. I don't know whether it is injury or else. I am really scared. Also I have taken simple diet like salad and dal rice in diet. please help. I am also taking medicines given by doctor. After surgery.

Well, I advice my patients to wear scrotal support for 6 weeks after any groin level surgery, as scrotum is a potential space for accumulation of fluid. So, do not worr. Wear scrotal supporting bandage, take medicines as prescribed. It will be fine.

I am just 20 years old and I am experiencing the sound of crack in my bone from spinal cord in every stretching 3 times a day and other joints ,it makes me feel like an old person what should I do. undergone proper rehab under Physiotherapist guidance? Kindly contact Physiotherapist for this. To reduce pain you can do icing 10 mins 2 to 3 times in a day. Also you can use knee hinge splint. And continue your knee exercises.

Hi definitive management for diaphargmatic hernia repair is surgery only. There are no medications with which this defect can be corrected. I think you should follow your surgeons advice and depending upon the symptoms plan for elective laparoscopic surgery. Do understand with him whether it is recurrence of previous haital hernia only or some separate region.
