To be specific, it needs nerve conduction studies to detect type of neuropthy ie sensory, motor or mixed; which nerve involved and extent of involvement.
For this you have to consult a Neurologist.

For IGA neuropathy maintain your diet
Low protein diet, low salt intake, better to eat more fruits and vegetables but avoid pickles, tobacco, alcohol, spicy and stimulating foods like garlic, onion, hot pepper, etc as much as possible. You need proper rest and avoid over-tiredness and strenuous activities in the life.

It depends on what your complaints are. The basic investigation for the peripheral arterial disease is "Arterial Duplex scan of the affected lower limb" Depending on the doppler scan report, the vascular surgeon will assess and advise regarding the further management.

There could be other causes of your symptoms. It could even be a blood supply issue. You will need to be re evaluated for the symptoms. Curtailing smoking /tobacco/ alcohol if any will help.

If your hands are shaking almost any time. Then its a matter of concern. Consult a neurologist to treat the same. Stress, fatigue, and too much caffeine can worsen it. It can be due to other disores apart from relation to brain disorders like decrease sugar, thyroid disorders, anxiety, stress, genetic, nutritional deficiency and many more. Consult a specialist to find out the root cause.

Revisit the surgeon again, let him assess again. It might be because of the suture that is irritating the eye.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Aging, genetics and noise exposure all play a role
having sensorineural hearing loss means there is damage either to the tiny hair cells in your inner ear (known as stereocilia), or to the nerve pathways that lead from your inner ear to the brain. It normally affects both ears.
