Hello lybrate-user, any adult should take atleast 1000 mg calcium daily and 1 gram protein per kg body weight per day. This means - if you re 60 kg, you should take 60grams protein daily.

Low protein diet, low salt intake, better to eat more fruits and vegetables but avoid pickles, tobacco, alcohol, spicy and stimulating foods like garlic, onion, hot pepper, etc as much as possible. You need proper rest and avoid over-tiredness and strenuous activities in the life.
