Hello doctor, I am diagnosed with pituitary adenoma so my testosterone levels become low and doctor prescribed me for injection 100 mg every 15 days. But I have heard very side effects of this as my sexual life is also disturbed due to this also I have hypothyroid and anxiety issues and my age is 42 years male. Please advice me to get my sex life back.

Hello-
Yes you are correct. TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) is not beneficial as it poses serious threats like testicular atrophy and permanent reduction of T levels, due to the use of synthetic testosterone hormone . Hypotetsosterone due to Pitutary adenoma can be cured by the help of Ayurveda herbs and simple lifestyle;e changes.

Hello, I am an 18 years old female. One month ago I noticed that my salivary gland under my jaw was swollen, it was like a ball under my left jaw. I didn't do anything about it until after two weeks I started not feeling well and it felt uncomfortable when I slept at that side, my temperature also got high. So I went to the doctor and she told me that my salivary gland was infected, she prescribed an antibiotic to me and I started using it. I didn't feel like it worked and I actually got a little bit worse, I kinda lost the ability to taste food and I felt bad every day. I went to another doctor and she prescribed a stronger antibiotic and other two medications, one was for temperature and the other was something anti bacteria (because I told her that I had a surgery done in my gums two months ago). This time the medication really helped me, the swelling reduced a lot and my ability to taste food was back and everything went away. However now after two weeks from finishing using the medications, I noticed that my salivary gland swelled again and my ability to taste is also, I don't know how to describe it, it's like a bad taste in my mouth. I want to know should I be worried about this? My father said it could be cancer and I freaked out.

Please get a usg abdomen report done as soon as possible to confirm whether he has any new development or not. If not, there is nothing to be worried about. But if there is, there might be a need to start chemotherapy.

Your disease seems to be in remission as the Timor markers and imaging are normal.
LDH is not specific to testicular cancer.
Surveillance is advised.

I have hyper prolactinosis. My prolactin level is 1700 and normal is 400. Doctor told me that case of fertility problems until my prolactin level get lower. I am having long term partner and we use condoms but I forgot to ask do we really need to use it in this moment since my prolactin is high?

Yes you should. Apart from preventing a STD, it can also prevent unplanned pregnancy even after prolactinosis. You still can get pregnant.
