Sir, my age is 29 and unmarried. I have varicocele with pain (oftenly severe when sitting on hard chair or bike) in left side of scrotum for last 10 yrs. I visited urologist and he advised to stay with it. Should I go for treatment or not. Now, I also feel pain in abdomen. I complained frequent urine with urning, the doctor suggested urine r/e. And advised drugs for uti which were replaced several times but in vain. Some time the urine burning disappear and it become normal but then after 3 4 days it starts again. Ultrasound was also done where no mass and prostrate etc appeared. I doubt it is due to varicocele. I fear infertility. Should I go for treatment or not.

Once a varicocele is present, it will not go away on its own. Most people with varicoceles have no symptoms. Some do feel pain. The pain can vary from a dull, heavy discomfort to a sharp pain.

There are no drugs to treat or prevent varicoceles. When needed surgery is main form of treatment.

I have chronic epididymitis since 3 years, since 3 years I have constant burning in testicles and that burning sometimes becomes too intense that I couldn't even sleep ,stand or sit. Since 3 years I tried all doctors allopathy, ayurvedic and homeopathy and didn't get mot even 1% relief. I am afraid if this burning flare-ups causes some more complications. Please help me solve my situation what steps I should take next? What should I do to get rid of this pain? I had 4 ultrasound in that 2 said I have chronic epididymitis and another 2 said normal study. And urine culture no infection found. But I still have this intense pain like some one set my testicles on fire and I can't control it. Please guide me what should I do to get rid of this pain.

Dear sir problem: hydrocele right side testis problem suffer from last one month hydrocele right side testis problem. Testis are swell & pain also both side testis size are different left side are normal & right side are swell immediately consult with a surgeon take medicine also done blood testing & ultrasonography of scrotum. Blood test cbc, bl of urea/create, crp & urine re/cs all test's reports are normal condition scrotum tests result are found- right sided mild epididymis orchitis along with funiculitis, moderated echofree collection at right tunica vaginalis, reactionary echofree collection is seen in left tunica vaginalis, morphological normal both testes after one month take medicine now fillings some better from past condition & right side testes some normal condition but so many side effects are founded in my body like as- headache, dizziness, etching on skin so want to treatment with homeopathy medicine so please observe my problem & guide me for better treatment on homeopathy medicine regards jagabandhu behera.
