Hello-
testicular pain is different from other body pains, as it denotes a serious issue inside sperm production unit. Pain killer or antibiotics will not help, and sometimes might make it worse. Better consult a ayurveda doctor immediately and save your fertility chances.

Get your semen analysis done. If semen is normal and you don't have any pain or discomfort because of varicocele, you may leave it alone. All types of varicoceles do not need surgery. Surgery is required only if it interferes with your sexual pleasure, there is some pain or discomfort, or for your sperm count is less. Good luck.

Hello-
beware! let me clear two acts for you.
1) masturbation is the main cause behind varicocele in young adults, but since you ave consulted a allopathic surgeon, he will not accept masturbation as its cause. 2) surgery is not an ideal treatment for varicocele as it has more than 70% chances of recurrence within 6-8 months. Cutting an affected part will not help, as the tendency to form a varicocele is still there.

Hello-
hypogonadism is a condition that occurs when the body's sex glands, the testes for males and ovaries for females, produce little or no hormones. For males with hypogonadism, low testosterone can affect the development and maintenance of male reproductive organs, including the testes, penis and prostate.
