It's nothing serious. Most probably you have chronic rhinosinusitis and it gets increased or relapsed with intake of refined sugar. It's best to avoid these because refined sugar is not any good for health. In case you take it because you do not have any alternative at that time. You can take drugs to suppress your symptoms. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
