Hair gel contains chemicals which make the hair dry. U may get dandruff after prolonged use if hair gel. So I advise you not to use hair gel.

Hello
you are suffering from hair fall. Try to get cured by natural way of your life with taking plenty of green vegetables and fruits. Be aware of fast food which causes allergy and dandruff. May you hairs be free from dust. Take coconut oil mixed with camphor and methl seeds. Have scalp massage before bath and then washed.

Please note the following for your condition:
The head should be massaged slowly with oil or shampoo while bathing or cleaning hairs resulting blood circulation becomes fast and the skin of the head is protected from dryness. Shampoo should be used only two times a week. Hairs should be washed with curd for removing dandruff. Spicy or fried foodstuffs should not be eaten. Excessive cream or jell should not be applied on hairs.

Hello, for soft and smooth hair,
-henna is very good (it changes the door a bit though) -conditioning is very important after shampoo.
-deep condition your hair every 15 days.
-oil them regularly.
-give steam to your hair while deep conditioning, using hot towel.
-eat protein rich foods.
-stay away from curlers or flat irons.
-if you use hair plop method to dry your hair, they will dry softer.

1. Slightly heat the oil you wish to use in a microwave for about 20 seconds.
2. Apply the warm oil to your hair and massage your scalp for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Comb your hair thoroughly to evenly distribute the oil. It will also avoid breakage while washing your hair.
4. Cover your hair with a hot wet towel for 30 to 40 minutes.
5. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
6. Gently comb your hair (use a wide-toothed comb not a brush) while it is still wet and allow it to air dry.

U need to change water you use for washing hair - use RO filtered water, don't comb wet hair. Its may be due to deficiency of vitamins & trace elements of body due to faulty life style and dietary habits. As its summer stated you need plant of water to avoid dehydration. Please share your details like food habit, water intake, bowel habit, sleep pattern, job nature, stress in life etc.
