Hello lybrate-user, don't worry at all, dexamethasone is just an adjuvant drug given during the peril-implantation period. But it has not shown any positive impact on increasing the pregnancy chances. So your result won't be affected by missing that.

Doctor treating you for IVF decides that, if that doctor advises and you ask someone else it means you dont have trust in that doctor and it is bad idea to get treated by doctor in whom you dont have trust

Hi. The most important thing is to stay positive and relaxed! Take bed rest for 2 days, after that you can do light work. Avoid papaya, pineapple and Chinese food. Avoid constipation, you can take Syrup duphalac at bedtime for it. Have plenty of fluids and a high fibre diet.
No lifting of any heavy lifting or any strenuous exercise. No relations with husband. Meditate for a calm mind and continue all medicines as advised by your doctor. All the best!
