Depending on the duration and associated symptoms, your brother will need appropriate ear drops; even full course of antibiotics may be necessary. Hello,devansh has the tendency of this,for this use daily administration of til oil in nose , one one drop,and give him Dhoopan in ear daily with normal dhoop stick.it will stop the tendency.
And now use clear wax ear drop 4 drop at night for 5 days it wax became melt and remove from ear.

Dear Lybrate user, this is very normal in wax problem but regular instilling of drops has to be done for at least 4 days and after that you have to consult a good ent specialist so that your wax can be dealt with, removed from your ear.
