These are side effects of Mifepristone. Wait for some time it should subside and take the misoprostol after 24 hours.

After drugs, for termination of pregnancy, it is sonography 15 days later which decides the success of treatment. - not bleeding or pain.

Mifepristone is given for cervix priming, so mife has to be taken to work well. There wonât be any side effects if u hav taken already, but get a scan aftr 1 week to check whether u hav aborted completely or no.

I am taken a mifepristone and 2 misoprostol tablet at a time as per the doctor suggestion on 14 april 2 hour later I get bleeding but it not clear only dots. It cause any effect and when I take another 2 misoprostol tablet?

Take the next dose 24 hours after the previous dose. The whole schedule is wrong. Lets hope for the best.

11-12 weeks is not second trimester technically but lot of gynecologists don't prefer to do first trimester termination procedure at this stage.

i think you mean misoprostol. Make sure you are doing this under doctor supervision. Even a normal early pregnancy inside the uterus also can end up being complicated.

No you can't use it, it will act only if pregnancy is present. It is not an emergency pill. And if a pregnancy is an ectopic you will have problems. Contact online for further information.

I am 31 year old. I took mtp pills on 13th march, amd had bleeding from 24th march. I had heavy bleeding after a week, got a scan and found retained pieces inside. I was advised to take cytolog tab 200 mg twice a day for 5 days. On 27th march, I again had heavy bleeding and so the doc. advice augmentin and metrogyl thrice a day for 5 days as she said it must be infection that is causing pain and bleeding now, it is one and a half day that I took these medicines. I am having lower abdominal pain, it was intense yesterday, but lesser today. Bleeding has also reduced. But, I am looking for a second opinion. I hope my treatment is going in the right direction. Please suggest.

It better to get an ultrasound and make sure everything is cleared. Anyways antibiotic cover has been given, so no need to worry about infection
in the process of expulsion, there will be cramps. You can take meftal spas or cyclopam for pain and see.

When medical mtp fails there is chance of future problem.
There are many temporary family planning methods like oral pills, injectable hormones, intrauterine devices, condoms, diaphragms, safe period, coitus interruptus, etc. You must know about the success and failure rates of all as well as the advantages and disadvantages of all to decide which suits you the best. Maybe consult gynecologist as a couple.
